No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Right to Refuse Delivery

You have the right to refuse delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The product does not match the photos shown on our website.

Important: Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the order in the presence of the delivery representative before accepting it. If there is any issue with the product, the customer must refuse the package immediately while the delivery representative is still present, so the package can be returned with them.

Once the delivery representative has left, the right to refuse or return the order is forfeited. No returns will be accepted after the representative's departure.
